A hot birthday celebration, with lots of surprises, including a surprise birthday cake with a candle that looked like a dick is now an issue to some conservative (a.k.a. hypocrite) Singaporeans. So they wanted a PhD to represent Singapore in the Miss Universe Pageant, no wonder we will never win anything. Wrong requirements for the wrong jobs. Reminded me of how PM Lee equate himself to those American CEOs (and not President Bush) when justifying for unbelievable Minister's pay increase.
Anyway, even if she is stripped off her title, it will not make much of a difference to the Miss Universe Pageant in the Bahamas. Singapore could send a pussy cat there, and still win nothing. What a waste of money.
Rachel Janice Kum (born June 16, 1984 in Singapore) is a Singaporean model. She was crowned Miss Singapore in May. She also walked away with two subsidiary titles: The Most Body Beautiful and Miss Personality. She will represent Singapore at the Miss Universe 2009, which will be held at the Atlantis Paradise Island, in Nassau, Bahamas on August 23, 2009.
